Rosemary Rawcliffe, Exec. Director/Senior Producer/Director Founder of Frame of Mind Films, Rosemary Rawcliffe is an EMMY® award-winning consultant, executive producer, producer, and director with over 30 years of international experience in television, advertising, film, video, and theatrical production. A social entrepreneur, Rosemary combines a unique blend of creative vision and business acumen with the capacity to effectively oversee and guide an organization's creative and business facets. Her key strengths include conceptualizing and synthesizing innovative ideas, successful team leadership, project coordination, and timely and budget-friendly production delivery. As a humanitarian, Rosemary's dedication to creating films emphasizing human rights and prioritizing telling stories from the female perspective is unwavering. When Rosemary moved to the United States from her native England, she founded Frame of Mind Films to continue her passion for producing stories that witness truth, spirit, hope, and courage. Under her leadership, Frame of Mind Films continues to make a social impact with its EMMY ® winning Women of Tibet series and, most recently, the EMMY® nominated production of The Great 14th: Tenzin Gyatso, The 14th Dalai Lama in His Own Words. |

Holly Hine, Associate Producer/Media Management Holly Hine is a professional in the film and television industry with over 15 years of experience. She began working at Frame of Mind Films in 2009, starting as Rosemary’s Executive Assistant and Post-Production Assistant. Over time, Holly has evolved within the company, taking on roles of Associate Producer, Line Producer, and Media Manager & Digital Archivist. Her passion for storytelling and attention to detail are evident in her work, particularly in her role as Line Producer and Assistant Editor on the company’s latest feature documentary, the EMMY® nominated The Great 14th. Her talent in production management and post-production processes have been instrumental in the success of numerous projects. Holly earned her BA in Film Editing from AAU and previously worked as a promoter in the music industry, and at a post-production agency in Los Angeles. |

Keely Badger, Senior Advisor/Fundraiser/Development Consultant Keely Badger is a philanthropy director and media executive dedicated to advancing Universal Human Rights through social and environmental justice. Her unique expertise champions durable solutions for underrepresented voices, communities, and causes. She works with leading organizations to shift power across geographies and issues, from institutions to the communities, and movements that they serve. Keely’s high-performance multimedia campaigns have attracted influential clients such as The Sundance Institute, The Redford Center, Human Rights Watch, KPJR Films, and over 50 award-winning Indie films. Using social impact cinema to inspire audiences to meaningful action, Keely helps independent filmmakers galvanize social change in both grassroots and international arenas. Graduating from the University of Oxford in 2017 with a law degree in International Human Rights Law, Keely brings an equity and justice lens to her work across the film, marketing, and human rights’ space. |

John Schimmel, Writer/Story Consult and Development Advisor John Schimmel is in the middle of an extraordinarily diverse career as a writer/producer. He's been the President of Michael Douglas’ Furthur Films and of Ascendant Pictures, an executive at Douglas-Reuther Productions, Belair Entertainment, and Warner Bros, co-penned the Tony-nominated musical "Pump Boys And Dinettes," published fiction and nonfiction, including his first book, Screenwriting Behind Enemy Lines: Lessons from Inside the Studio Gates. He currently works as head of linear content and as performance capture producer for Cloud Imperium Games which is in the Guinness Book of World Records as the largest crowd funding effort in history. John is also part of the core screenwriting faculty at the University of California at Riverside's Low Residency MFA Program in Creative Writing and Writing for the Performing Arts. He has had the joy of working as a writer and production consultant for Frame of Mind Films since October of 2013. |

Peter McCandless, Director of Photography Peter McCandless is a Bay Area cinematographer with a long and varied list of film and video credits for broadcast television and theatrical release. The recipient of two National Endowment of the Arts Awards, his films have been presented at major international film festivals including Sundance where his work Pool of Thanatos drew much favorable attention. Peter was the cinematographer on the EMMY® award-winning documentary film Of Civil Rights and Wrongs: The Fred Korematsu Story, the controversial The Bridge, a 2006 documentary film that tells the stories of individuals who committed suicide at the Golden Gate Bridge in 2004, and Call of Life, the first feature-length documentary film to fully investigate the growing threat to Earth’s life-support systems from the loss of biodiversity. He is the cinematographer on Frame of Mind Films’ EMMY®-winning Women of Tibet series and the company’s latest feature documentary, the EMMY®-nominated The Great 14th. |

Ibon Olaskoaga, Editor/Colorist Ibon has devoted himself to media and film work for over twenty years. After graduating in film production in 1989 at ESCIVI in Spain, he discovered the magic of film editing and began working as an editor in Barcelona for some of the most prestigious post-production studios in the city. In 1993 he jumped into the arena of documentary film, which has been his passion ever since. This vocation has taken him all around Europe, to Los Angeles, New York, and presently the Bay Area. His contributions have included working as editor, writer/director and supervising editor on more than a dozen award-winning long format documentaries. He was our finishing editor and colorist on The Great 14th. |

Ethan Jones, Web Consultant Ethan Jones is a Frame of Mind Films web consultant. After graduating from U.C. Berkeley with a degree in Engineering, Ethan founded Mortimer Smythe Designs, an Oakland based web design and development group. |

June Zandona, Camera June Zandona was raised in Washington state and has lived and worked all up and down the West Coast. After many years in the camera department in Los Angeles, June turned to directing, bringing a cinematic eye and a savvy hand to projects of all sizes. Coming up from a broad base of experience, June enjoys seamlessly switching between narrative and documentary approaches. She draws inspiration and splits her time between Los Angeles and Washington state. June’s short documentary Deep Waters premiered at the Wasatch Mountain Film Festival in 2021. Her most recent narrative short, Wedding Video, premiered to a sold-out crowd at the 2019 Seattle Int’l Film Festival shorts showcase. Her first short film Dancer, toured the festival circuit and premiered at the Los Angeles Short Film Festival in 2016. June’s latest dance film, This is Concrete, was in multiple festivals throughout 2023. She is second camera on Frame of Mind Films’ EMMY®-winning Women of Tibet series and the company’s latest feature documentary, the EMMY®-nominated The Great 14th. |

Tom Disher, Composer Tom is an EMMY® and ADDY award-winning composer and sound designer and founder of Disher Sound in San Francisco. He has a degree in piano performance, 4 years of post-grad composition, orchestration, and electronic music studies, and spent 5 long years on the road with a variety of performers. His previous work includes EMMY® winning John Wooden: Victory, Values, and Peace of Mind (2001). Tom is honored to have worked on composing the original soundtrack for The Great 14th, and will be the composer for our third film in the Women of Tibet series, The Sacred Marriage. |

Andrei Staruiala, Graphic Design Andrei studied Multimedia Design. He started his career working in a web design agency, followed by an editor position at a Romanian news television network. After his graduation short film won several awards and screenings into festivals, Andrei began a career as a freelance music promo director. In 2010 he moved to Edinburgh for a MA course in film directing and at the moment works at a Scottish production and post production studio as designer and director while still getting involved in illustration and graphic design projects as a freelancer. |
