Mother's Day is coming up this weekend, and at Frame of Mind Films,
we've been thinking about the many ways a mother's love can be expressed.
Twenty years ago, we released
Women of Tibet: Gyalyum Chemo - The Great Mother,
a timeless film that honors the remarkable life of Dekyi Tsering,
the beloved mother of His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama, known to Tibetans as The Great Mother (Gyalyum Chemo). In the film, we discuss how the Great Mother archetype lives within each of us, man or woman, and highlight that generosity, kindness, and compassion are the heart of the great mother. And remember, none of us can get here without one!
