This sheltering in place and social distancing is challenging, right?! But it's also a time of love and compassion, helping each other, and stepping up where we are most needed... as His Holiness says in Women of Tibet: The Great Mother, it's all about building a healthy humanity with love and compassion, and it all begins at home.
