2011 has been an amazing year; a year of reassessing, refocusing, reorganizing and quietly developing our next project that I am thrilled at last to be able to share with you.
It is with great joy that I am able to say that His Holiness, Tenzin Gyatso, the 14th Dalai Lama has graciously granted Frame of Mind Films permission to make a biographical feature film based on his life. Details of the project are still under wraps except to say that we begin our work with His Holiness in Dharamsala in February 2012, which will represent the first step in the development of our new film. Of course, I will, as always, keep you posted on our progress.
In his letter of support His Holiness says, “… to produce a first-draft screen play for the film I have agreed to some conversations to help in creating a comprehensive historical account. ...and wish every success in bringing it to fruition.”
