Creative Photo Library Assistant
Frame of Mind Films, a non-profit media company, seeks someone with great skills to work with the principal of the company on our extensive photo library. We’re seeking someone based in the SF East Bay Area, who will work at the home office of the company's principal.

What will you be doing?
We have an extensive library that consists of rare photos and footage from years of working with global leaders and Nobel Laureates. As our Creative Photo Library Assistant, you will be working with the principal of the company on our extensive photo library, organizing and preparing photos for use in film productions, promotional materials and other exciting projects.
You will be:
- Brainstorming and developing unique & creative photography projects.
- Selecting images for publications and insert stills for our films.
- Editing photos for web and print.
- Responsible for photo library management and excellent image work flow.
- Post-processing, including color correction, retouching, restoration, managing copyright, etc.
Skills + Requirements
You are a talented, ambitious and self-driven Creative Photo Library Assistant eager to join our dynamic team long-term.
You have:
- Mastery in Adobe Lightroom + Classic, Photoshop. Web design and junior editing skills on Adobe Premiere or DaVinci a bonus.
- An aesthetic sensibility, with a “good eye” for composition, framing, etc.
- A knack for organization.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity Zoom, Skype, and with social scheduling/website software is a must.
- Experience or an interest in the television and film industry a bonus!
- Discretion and confidentiality are a must.
You should be a self-starter. We are a small company, so a can-do attitude and willingness to pitch-in at all times is essential.
